CHEREAU : After-Sales training centre
To guarantee the best level of service and maintenance for our customers’ equipment, we offer various training courses at our CHEREAU Service Centres and to our customers with their own workshop. The first type of course is general training for maintenance and servicing of CHEREAY equipment and the second is customised according to specific needs.
In addition to standard training, we have added two new courses, details of which you can find below.
Target public:
Our training courses are designed for body builders and/or electromechanical technicians who have already completed a course in electricity and/or bodywork or have experience in one of these fields.
These sessions are available in French. (English and any other language upon request).
Duration:
Our courses take place over 4 days, (30.5 hours) for general training courses and over 2 days, (16 hours) for specific courses.
Location:
The training courses take place at our CHEREAU Services repair workshop in Ducey (ZI Le Domaine, 50220 Ducey).
Organization and training:
CHEREAU is referenced and registered under No.25 50 00078 50 with the DIRECCTE*. Training courses can therefore be covered by your company’s training contribution.

WHAT IS QUALIOPI, THE PAC* QUALITY GUARANTEE MARK?
Stakes:
Contribute to facilitating the choice of a PAC by individuals and companies; Impel a dynamic of continuous improvement of the processes implemented by PACs.
Objectives:
Single quality certification issued by independent certifiers, allowing the use of public or mutualized funds;
Legibility of the training offer for the public, by associating the quality certification with a brand.
Terms of delivery:
The certification process is rigorous and standardized. It allows to obtain a right to use the brand. The certification is issued by certifying bodies accredited or in the process of being accredited by Cofrac* on the basis of the single national reference system mentioned in article L. 6316-3 of the French Labor Code.
This certification can also be issued by a labeling body recognized by France Compétences on the basis of the same reference system.

SATISFACTION RATE / SUCCESS RATE
In 2023, the various trainees trained evaluated our training courses at 3.9/4 (content, achievement of objectives, quality of the support given, duration, general organization, quality of the animation, trainer relationship).
Our trainers evaluated the trainees on their level of technical knowledge at the end of the training. It is 87% on average (against 43% on arrival)
