Your new refrigerated vehicle is ready! To collect your vehicle under the best conditions, there are a few formalities you need to complete with our delivery department.

REGISTRATION OF YOUR NEW VEHICLE
There are two ways to register your semi-trailer or rigid truck:
Registration by CHEREAU
Please provide us with the following documents:
• If you are self-financing your purchase:
- "Extrait Kbis" (proof of registration in the Trade and Companies register) dated within 6 months
- CERFA 13750 Application for vehicle registration form, signed and stamped in the “Holder” box
- CERFA 13757 Mandate form signed and stamped
• If leasing is used to finance the purchase:
- "Extrait Kbis" (proof of registration in the Trade and Companies register) dated within 6 months
- CERFA 13750 Application for vehicle registration form, signed and stamped in the “Lessee” box
- Registration mandate from the finance lessor, subject to validation of your financing and receipt of the bank money order by the CHEREAU accounts department
APPLICATION FOR ATP APPROVAL OF THE NEW VEHICLE
CHEREAU applies for ATP approval for your vehicle subject to supply of the following documents:
• Copy of the provisional registration paper or registration document of your vehicle (remember to send us this document if you register the vehicle yourself).
• Installation and commissioning document for the refrigeration unit / evaporators
If the refrigeration unit is approved and mounted by your Cémafroid-certified service provider, the application will only be submitted once the compliant installation and commissioning documents have been received:
- Refrigeration unit manufacturing certificate
- Installation certificate
- Temperature pull-down graphs
- Hazardous waste tracking sheet (Cerfa 15497)
If it is a used refrigeration unit, it must be tested at the test centre.
The original ATP approval certificate will be sent to you directly by the competent authority: Cémafroid

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE COLLECTION OF A NEW VEHICLE
To ensure that the collection of your vehicle goes smoothly, please contact our Delivery department before coming in order to:
- Check the availability of your vehicle
- Inform the Delivery department of any obligations / setbacks so that we can find a suitable solution
- Agree on a collection date and time

For requests concerning acceptance of a chassis-cab vehicle, the state of progress of a vehicle in production, the financing of your semi-trailer or other delivery of goods.
