The CHEREAU warranty
For almost 70 years, CHEREAU has been recognised for the high quality and excellent performance level of its products. However, the understandable high standards of our customers sometimes mean we improve certain solutions. A dedicated team is here to collect any comments and requests you may have.
CHEREAU provides a 24-month warranty for its new vehicles covering labour and parts, with no mileage restriction. This warranty applies subject to compliance with the usage and maintenance instructions given and presented when the vehicle is delivered.
Warranties for refrigeration units, tailgates and axles are provided directly by our partner suppliers, and we will assist you with any warranty claims you may need to submit to them.
